• Education: College diploma in Information Technology or related discipline; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience: Advanced IT support background (typically 5+ years in corporate environments); Hardware/software troubleshooting and break‑fix/repair; Experience coordinating with IT teams and vendors
