As a Technical Writer you will

• Write end-user documentation (user guides, getting started guides, support FAQs, reference material) for cloud-based software applications.
• Use information architecture principles to design online documentation that meets the needs of multiple audiences at various stages in the learning cycle using a single content repository.
• Clearly communicate how to accomplish user tasks, rather than how to use the user interface.
• Through research and hands‑on learning, become an expert on our products and methodologies.
• Work with Product, Support, and other internal teams to understand customer needs and create content that allows users to be self‑sufficient.
• Design graphics that convey technical concepts and enhance the written documentation.
