Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multiskilled Technician to support the maintenance and smooth functioning of equipment and utilities within our Central Kitchen, Banquets, and Catering operations. The role requires hands-on expertise across multiple technical areas including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment
• Handle plumbing repairs and maintenance, including water supply and drainage systems
• Maintain and repair refrigeration units, cold storage, and cooling systems
• Ensure optimal functioning of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
