Job Title : Technician IV – Direct Individual Insurance Sales

Responsibilities

• Contact current clients to update their financial situation, determine needs, and propose suitable products (life insurance, health insurance, disability insurance, accident insurance, investment products, or other individual insurance products).
• Handle client calls and recommend appropriate products, ensuring the client’s financial goals are met.
• Maintain client loyalty and update investor profiles (Registered, separate accounts, mutual funds) for orphaned clients.
• Follow up on the transformation rights for collective insurance clients during an employer change of a member.
• Analyze the client’s financial situation, determine their needs, and advise the appropriate product based on their criteria.
