Job Description
Major Job Functions
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external rental inquiries.
- Coordinate and monitor rental fleet implementation, maintenance, and readiness activities across branches and facilities.
- Prepare and manage work requests, service cases, budgets, and schedules ensuring alignment with quoted work.
- Track and manage Technology Minestar Hardware location, movement, additions, and disposals.
- Maintain accurate Technology Minestar Hardware records, maintenance documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and elevate Technology Minestar Hardware reliability or cost risks discovered through service history or repair analysis.
Rental Transactions & Contract Administration
- Perform the endβtoβend rental agreement and contract process for new, used, and Technology Minestar Hardware.
