Job Description
JOB CONTEXT
The Quality officer is positioned in the Quality department reporting to the Quality Manager. The level of the role relates to place in the organisation and scope (being more administrative and working along protocols up to being the delegate for the Quality manager with significant seniority in specific Quality areas). The officer is an expert in Quality Management and Feed/Food Safety & Quality with good communication and training skills.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Quality Management
Ensure up to date quality management system (procedures and instructions) in line with Nutrace, relevant legislations, (certification) norms and/or customer demands.
- Prepare yearly management review.
- Maintain incident/crisis contact list.
- Monitor status of quality plan, recommend actions when lagging and ensure follow up.
