**About This Role**
This individual will be responsible for managing manufacturing system services for our client.
Preferably this individual will have had some hands-on experience dealing with great communication skills to interact with end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- **What You ́ll Do**
- Proactively working and interacting with end users at client sites, managing preventive and corrective troubleshooting of our Error Proofing system (EPS) which consist in a computer station with a thermal printer that validates functionality of our customer product before shipping to the final destination.
