We are looking for a Telecaller / Appointment Setter to connect with prospective learners, qualify leads, and schedule demo sessions and counseling appointments for our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with interested leads.
- Understand learner requirements and qualify prospects Schedule demos and counseling sessions.
- Update lead records and follow-up status., Achieve weekly appointment-setting targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- 1-2 yrs experience in Tele Sales
- Comfortable making 100-150 calls daily.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales is preferred.
- Self-motivated and organized.
