• Process billing and support financial assistance cases
• Handle accounts receivable, billing, and payment processing
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and reconcile accounts
• Prepare reports, journal entries, and audit documentation
• Support system and process improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
