Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of critical electrical systems—including HVAC, WFI, PW, and steam utilities—ensuring continuous availability and minimal downtime.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and local safety regulations by conducting internal audits, enforcing work permit protocols, and implementing corrective and preventive actions like Kaizens, Poka-yoke, and OPLs.
• Lead engineering projects from initiation to completion, including resource planning, budget estimation, documentation, and coordination with finance and SCM for timely execution.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies to reduce breakdowns, improve equipment health, and optimize utility generation costs.
