Job Description
Responsibilities / Tasks
β’ Manage and grow a network of dealers within the assigned territory (Ontario and Maritime);
β’ Train, support, and guide partners to maximize their performance and satisfaction;
β’ Meet (or exceed) sales targets by promoting our products and services to dealers and end customers;
β’ Analyze sales and marketing data to identify growth opportunities;
β’ Develop innovative sales strategies tailored to your territory;
β’ Attend trade shows to enhance brand visibility;
β’ Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly;
β’ Stay up to date with product knowledge to maintain a high level of expertise;
β’ Maintain regular communication with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Product Management);
β’ Provide management with visit reports, activity updates, and sales forecasts.
