Test Center Manager – Montreal, Quebec

You will utilize your communication and customer skills with external customers while also working to select new Test Administrators, provide job coaching, and perform fair performance appraisals for current employees.

Schedule Requirements

• Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork.
• Work 30-40 hours per week, with expectation of additional hours as needed; available to work various shifts between 7 am and 9 pm, Monday through Saturday.
• Work approximately 2-3 Saturdays per month; Sunday shifts infrequent but possible.
• Available to address operational problems when not at test center.
• Willing to travel across Canada for temporary testing events approximately three times per year.

Starting pay is $23.38 per hour.
