We’re looking for an Assistant Manager for our Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward.

As an Assistant Manager , you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, which fosters inclusivity and diverse customer connections. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and leading the team to achieve store objectives, which includes in-store sales, web orders, goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to problem solve, thrive in a past pace environment, lead a dynamic team, collaborate and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success in this role.
