Are you ready to make a meaningful impact as a Job coach? We're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Casual Job coaches where you will provide vocational support to vulnerable persons with complex needs, behavioral issues, developmental disabilities, mental health disorders, and/or other related issues. The Job Coach provides supervision, training, support, care, and role-modelling to participants in a vocational environment, guiding vocational routines while implementing behavioral and life skill strategies. The Job Coach assists participants in meeting their individual and vocational goals.
