:As a Recreation Therapy Assistant, you will provide Person Centered Care with direction from the LPN, Recreation Therapist and Care Manager by performing a variety of support duties associated with the provision of Recreation Services in accordance with set guidelines and practices. Providing hands-on assistance, cueing, and leadership in a variety of therapeutic recreational activities. These may include pet therapy, computers, and horticulture. Planning and leading activities, special events and creating monthly recreational calendars in collaboration with the Recreation Therapist.
