Job Description
Drive customer engagement and sales as the Account Coordinator for Niche & Dr. Barbara Sturm in Toronto. Foster relationships with retailers and elevate the beauty shopping experience.
In this vital role, you will support iconic brands such as L’Artisan Parfumeur and Christian Louboutin Beauté. Your responsibilities include training beauty staff, developing sales strategies, and planning promotional events to enhance brand visibility. Collaborating closely with field leadership, you'll deliver insights that boost operational effectiveness across Toronto.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build collaborative relationships with store teams and advisors
• Provide regular performance updates and feedback
• Plan and execute special events and product launches
• Engage retail teams with training and sales exercises
• Ensure brand visual standards are consistently met
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of sales experience in beauty
• Proven success in meeting sales targets
