Job Description
- Implementation and management of benefits, well-being, and recognition programs
- Collaborating with Procurement Team regarding benefits management and tenders
- Monitoring and interpreting international compensation and benefits regulations
- Ensuring smooth execution of Total Rewards cycles (salary review, promotions, bonus calculations, data submissions to market providers, etc.)
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives in the Total Rewards area
- Creating engaging communication materials to explain Total Rewards programs to employees
- Representation in contacts with PPK and preparation of required documents
- Preparing presentations regarding Compensation & Benefits for the organisation
- Supporting new hires including induction process
- Preparing reports regarding Total Rewards trends and recommendations
