Responsibilities

• Navigate and prioritize loads across multiple freight boards, aligning shipment execution with delivery deadlines and customer service standards.
• Conduct proactive check calls, maintain accurate event logs, and ensure continuous real-time visibility of shipments through digital tracking tools.
• Enable and monitor carriers via Truckertools, following up on on-time delivery (OTD) performance and resolving any tracking or communication issues promptly.
• Build and sustain strong communication with carriers and dispatch teams to prevent service disruptions and uphold customer commitments.
