Job Description
- Review and support the posting of complex OTC-related accounting entries, including trade spend, returns accruals, and reserves
- Perform and review reconciliations related to disputes, deductions, trade spend, and returns balances, ensuring timely identification of discrepancies
- Analyse root causes of complex disputes and deductions, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to drive resolution
- Support the preparation and review of OTC reporting and analytics, identifying trends, risks, and areas requiring escalation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to clarify accounting treatment and resolve issues
- Identify risks, judgment areas, and data quality concerns, escalating appropriately to the OTC Manager
