Trade Marketing Analyst – responsible for aligning promotional activities with sales strategy and ensuring ROI and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Audit sales activity against the official promotional grid and conduct deep-dive Post-Campaign Analysis (PCA) to measure ROI, incrementality, and customer behavior. Use data to adjust promotions, planograms and Point of Sale (POS) strategy immediately. Design and maintain automated dashboards that replace manual reporting for real-time KPI visibility. Convert analytical findings into actionable sales strategies and playbooks for on-ground execution. Act as the strategic pulse between marketing and sales, cascading promotional learnings to drive future revenue. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly key metrics and KPIs to verify compliance against plan. Analyze market dynamics affecting sales – e.g., price and volume relationships between KC and competitors.
