Reports To: Manager II, Outreach, Assistive Tech, and Venture Pool

Scope and Summary of Primary Responsibilities

The Trainer, Digital Technology will assist in the Talent Pool Cultivation by executing 1on1 and group training, capturing progress follow‑up, developing documented goals and skill development areas that pertain to digital technology skills as part of the participant’s development plan. This position requires a superior level of emotional maturity, resourcefulness, confidentiality, sound judgment, accuracy, diplomacy and digital technology training skills.
