**Job Summary**

We are seeking a data-driven, highly organized Program Coordinator to support the growth and optimization of the Red Hat Learning Subscription (RHLS).

In this role, you will act as the engine room for the RHLS Product Manager, transforming high-level product strategies into actionable digital experiences.

You will be responsible for executing in-platform messaging, tracking user behavior through data tagging, and ensuring all program administrative tasks are handled with precision.

**What you will do:**

+ Digital Adoption Management: Lead the implementation of in-app guides, and announcements using various tools. This includes tagging features for usage analytics and deploying targeted notifications to improve user retention.
