Summary

EA’s XO Creative Studio is looking for a Training Specialist to join our External Development (ExDev) team. This role is responsible for enabling our global network of marketing vendors to successfully execute against EA’s gameplay capture and cinematic production workflows.

As a workflow expert, you will design and deliver training programs that onboard external partners across gameplay capture, in-engine cinematic shot creation, and still image production. You will work closely with Craft Capture, Craft Cinematics, and ExDev Technical Artists to translate internal pipelines into scalable, vendor‑ready systems.

This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role suited for someone who combines training expertise, technical fluency, and creative production awareness with the ability to operate autonomously and drive clarity across complex workflows.
