Assist in assessing large, complex digital transformation programs/projects based on best‑practice knowledge and prior experience. Identify key transformation delivery risks and provide advice and recommendations for effective mitigation. Analyze program information and data to uncover key insights on program performance and develop improvement recommendations. Assist in developing and executing assurance strategies and plans for programs and projects.
