Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tissue banking and transfusion medicine processes
• Perform routine blood tests including crossmatching
• Prepare and receive blood product inventory seamlessly
• Educate team members to support patient care
• Handle on-call responsibilities effectively
Requirements:
• Registration with C.M.L.T.O. or in progress
• Minimum 1 year Blood and Tissue Bank experience
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
