This role is an individual contributor position based in our São Paulo corporate office for a passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands‑on, and customer‑obsessed person. We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Program Manager to join the Transportation Excellence team, supporting area mechanisms, writing strategic documents, and improving the end‑to‑end customer experience. In this role, you will contribute to delivery quality by assisting in data collection, monitoring operational metrics, and supporting cross‑functional teams in executing improvement initiatives, as well as connecting all miles across the transportation team.
