JOB DESCRIPTION
Leading a team of colleagues on the shift to ensure that the shift KPIs are met in full and on time.
Dealing with day to day queries from colleagues – liaising with HR and Training Teams as required.
Supervise and coordinate all yard activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of materials and finished products.
Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure timely loading and unloading of trucks and trailers.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels in the yard, ensuring accuracy and proper rotation of stock.
