What is COSM?

COSM is responsible for managing backend system configurations that underpin the entire Amazon delivery network. COSM teams around the world — including the consolidated teams from US, Japan and Europe — process more than 10,000 requests for configuration annually, ensuring that delivery stations, routes, and parameters operational are always accurate and up to date.
