ClaimShield consultants own the compliance program for a portfolio of trucking carriers. You are the day‑to‑day operator clients rely on – keeping their DQ files clean, MVRs current, drivers in good standing with FMCSA, and the carrier audit‑ready year‑round.

This isn’t a paper‑pushing seat. Our tech stack handles the busywork (MVR monitoring, Clearinghouse queries, training assignments, automated reminders). Your job is the human layer on top — making judgment calls, owning client relationships, and stepping in when something needs a real person.

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing compliance for a portfolio of ~50–75 client carriers
• Manage driver qualification files (DQ files), MVRs, medical certificates, and FMCSA Clearinghouse queries
• Run quarterly compliance reviews and surface proactive risk to clients
