• Support key activities around selecting, negotiating, contracting and training transportation companies for F2C, Replenishment (Intra WH and in MH Plant)
• Lead E2E transformation to leverage carrier expertise, capacity and synergies to fulfill business needs.
• Lead Transportation Automatization process, implementing systems and tools to get traceability.
• Develop tools and operational reports to support the decision making process in the transportation arena with the aim of balancing cost and service.
• Control the spend on freight to customer and replenishment cost, to maintain it below the budget.
