Description Overview

Exciting opportunity for a newly created role within our Perrrigo Business Services team. As a Travel & Indirect Procurement Administrator, you will play a key role providing operational support within the Travel & Indirect Procurement function - ensuring smooth execution of business travel and procurement activities.

Scope of the Role

  • Provide operational support to the Travel Operations Specialist, including coverage during absences.

  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and Vendor set up processes and ensure compliance with travel and procurement policies.

  • Administer contracts and maintain accurate documentation in relevant systems.

  • Respond to internal stakeholder queries and resolve business travel and procurement-related incidents.

  • Monitor vendor performance and support cost management initiatives.
