Robert Half Legal is partnering with a leading plaintiff-side consumer warranty firm to identify a Trial Attorney. This is a high-impact opportunity for a litigation attorney who is ready to play a meaningful role at trial while continuing to develop courtroom skills in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities

+ Manage substantive litigation responsibilities, including law and motion practice and trial preparation

+ Attend court appearances and hearings across California

+ Oversee discovery, including dispute resolution and strategic planning

+ Work closely with senior trial attorneys on case development and trial execution

+ Help shape case strategy and support all stages of litigation through trial

+ Serve as first or second chair at trial, depending on experience
