POSITION AND MISSIONS 

Within the IT Global Market & Risks department, you join the Transversal Projects team, which is composed of several people. In this team, we work to facilitate the management of studies and cross-functional projects, to coordinate and manage business projects involving several IT GMR teams, and to support the implementation of the program Scale UP / Strategic plan of the IT department within the IT GMR teams.

On a daily basis, your missions are to: 

• Lead cross-functional business projects by structuring projects, defining and implementing governance to manage and coordinate teams. 

• Prepare and lead the project and steering committees. 

• Ensure the application of the project methodology and support its implementation within the IT GMR teams. 

• Raise awareness and train teams in new working methods while animating a community of change agents.
