This role reports directly to the Team Leader, PI Underwriting and Billing. You'll assist brokers and customers by addressing intricate inquiries about underwriting, billing, and pricing, while managing exceptions. Your effective communication will ensure clients understand potential changes related to risk and products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle complex underwriting and billing inquiries via phone and email
• Review and approve exceptions per authority levels
• Process transactions beyond broker self-service capabilities
• Document and support referrals to appropriate teams
• Communicate accommodation outcomes clearly to brokers
