Position Responsibilities:
Collect all job-related information, including job name, production type, job dates and job contact information, working in conjunction with the applicable sales team member(s).
Assist, when applicable, in the collection of all required customer information, including insurance certification, customer contacts, shipping and billing addresses.
Receive equipment requests from customers (primarily via phone/email).
Enter equipment orders and generate quotes for projects as needed.
Receive approval from customers for all rentals, and any associated costs.
