**Description**
The Universe Specialist is responsible for serving customers on the shop floor and assisting the Universe Manager in the effective running of the Universe in order to ensure the highest standards of customer service are achieved and maintained.
+ Control merchandising of products in order to optimize sales and ensure it is in line with brand image and standards
+ Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
+ Communicate sales plans and targets to the Universe team, monitor performance on an on-going basis and suggest corrective actions to hierarchy when needed
+ Assign routine and non-routine tasks to Sales Associates, Cashiers and Coordinators and assist in preparing the staff schedule in order to ensure that activities are carried out in the most effic...
