Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of managers and staff, providing guidance and support
Execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives
Oversee resource allocation and workflow to meet client SLAs
Ensure efficient and effective daily operations
Oversee periodic Net Asset Value calculations for the Private Equity Funds, including Financial Statement preparation, trial balance review, and Partner/Shareholder Allocation calculations
Review the calculation of fund-specific expenses, including admin fees, management fees, carried interest and other applicable fees
Review accounting work, capital events, other client deliverables, investor statements and reporting prepared by staff
Ensure documentation is compliant with internal and external/regulatory standards
Review private equity fundsβ partnership agreements, PPMs and other materials
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures...
