Purpose

Provides strategic direction, leadership and oversight for Business HR in a country/region, ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are supported in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. As a key member of the business leadership team, the Vice President, GBS, Human Resources is responsible for optimizing the people strategy and maximizing the return on talent investment to drive business performance. With a strong enterprise mindset, the Head of HR balances the strategic priorities of the business unit with the broader goals of the organization, ensuring alignment, consistency, and scalability across the enterprise.
