The role is as a proactive member of the Senior Management team of Nidec Traction to Create, Deliver, and Manage Strategies to achieve operational excellence within the manufacturing footprint of the business to achieve the ambitious targets of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and drive Continuous Improvement across all manufacturing related areas of the business. Provide clear leadership and vision, inspire and motivate staff and mentor them as they develop new skills. Drive Key Performance Indicators across all areas of the Manufacturing function to ensure that all projects are delivered on cost and on time to the highest quality standards.
