Position Summary

The VP of Marketing is responsible for setting and executing the global brand strategy to drive consumer awareness, trial, and sustained growth across the U.S. and Canada. This role owns brand strategy, innovation support, and go‑to‑market execution, including the development of new brands post‑incubation. Leading a global marketing centre of excellence, the VP Marketing partners closely with commercial, innovation, and market teams to deliver consumer‑centric, insight‑led marketing that drives market share, revenue, and margin growth.
