- Define and deploy the international sales strategy for Québecor’s corporate group, including the catalogs of Incendo Media, Quebecor Films, TVA Distribution, TVA Productions, Groupe TVA, across markets in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
- Analyze global trends and identify new business, commercialization, and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Develop and implement growth plans by territory, broadcasters, segments, content, and channels to increase the reach and performance of the catalogs.
- Solicit pre-sales for the broadcast of new productions and ensure proper follow-up.
- Define and track sales forecasts as well as quarterly and annual objectives, and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
- Optimize sales profitability (pricing strategy, margins, bundled sales, subsidies, incentive programs, etc.).
