Role Overview

The Vice President, Transaction Banking Product Enablement supports the Director in building and scaling the Transaction Banking VCP Product organization. This role focuses on day‑to‑day execution, coordination, and operational enablement to help Transaction Banking Product deliver on its priorities and establish strong ways of working.

As the Product organization is still developing, the VP will help put structure in place, manage cross‑functional activities, and support leadership with strategy development, planning, reporting, and issue resolution. The role combines program execution, business management, and change support, with an emphasis on collaboration and practical delivery.
