You will drive growth of Wealth sales and assets under management by scaling advice, deepening member relationships, and building a future‑ready team that leverages AI, member insights and referral‑driven commercialization across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end P&L accountability for the Wealth line of business driving revenue and AUM growth, strengthening profitability, and increasing market share.

Set and execute a multi‑year Wealth strategy to improve sales performance and advisor productivity, re‑imagine virtual and “human‑in‑the‑loop” financial planning and advice, and increase member share of wallet, virtual delivery, insurance, and intergenerational wealth.
