Job Description
Drive guest loyalty as a VIP Guest Relationship Manager at Great Canadian. Manage VIP interactions, boost gaming experiences, and oversee strategic marketing initiatives.
This position reports to the Assistant General Manager and focuses on enhancing relationships with VIP guests to improve loyalty and drive revenue. Applicants should have at least three years of customer service experience at the executive level. Responsibilities revolve around personal interactions, budget management for VIP programs, and utilizing Salesforce for tracking guest activity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance VIP carded play by meeting goals
• Establish and maintain Guest relationships proactively
