Job Description
Shape the future of voice solutions as the Sales Development Manager at Voices in London, Ontario. In this hybrid role, youβll build and optimize a robust BDR team for growth and success.
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Business Development, you will spearhead the creation of effective BDR workflows that drive pipeline generation and conversion. Focusing on team accountability, you will also have the opportunity to fine-tune our technology stack, including Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
