The Head of Inside Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and leading a hybrid team to meet and exceed quotas. They manage daily operations, support CRM/technology and other process enhancements, and coach sales professionals. Key focus areas include pipeline generation, lead conversion, and cross‑functional collaboration within the Global X Canada team.
