YOUR MISSION

The VP of Engineering is a member of the executive team and will provide leadership and strategic vision for the engineering organization, with the objective to scale the company’s Sensor Fusion and Perception Software solutions for ADAS and AD and to gain significant market share.The VP of Software Engineering will oversee all aspects of software engineering, including growth strategy, budget planning and monitoring, managing globally distributed teams with optimal resources allocation in programs and projects.
He / she will work closely with other leaders of Product Strategy and Business Development, CTO, Quality, Sales, HR, Legal, Marketing and Finance departments to identify critical issues and remove roadblocks to achieve company goals. He / she will be responsible for the engineering organizational structure and evaluate team performance, while providing coaching to continuously improve the success and effectiveness of his / her teams.
