Position Summary

The Vice President of Quality Assurance is a senior executive leader reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, responsible for shaping and executing Hexure’s company-wide quality vision and strategy. This role owns all quality assurance functions across a geographically distributed team spanning the US and India, drives the adoption of AI-powered and automated testing practices, and ensures the delivery of high-quality products that meet or exceed the demands of the life insurance and annuities market. As a member of the senior leadership team, the VP, Quality Assurance will set the standard for engineering excellence, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and build a world-class quality organization.
