:JOB SUMMARY
This critical senior leadership role guides a high-performing team of actuarial and analytics professionals, driving strategic, tactical, and operational excellence in claims reserving, financial forecasting, and sophisticated trend analytics. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping Highmark's financial stability and strategic direction by providing accurate insights and proactive guidance to senior leadership across the enterprise.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform management responsibilities to include, but not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.
