Job Description
. Responsibilities: Designing and enhancing the risk framework (risk appetite, policies, governance and controls) Providing oversight and insight on portfolio risk, including concentration, sector, geography and counterparty exposure Assessing and monitoring asset and residual value risk across the fleet Supporting disciplined decision making through robust, well documented risk analysis Developing risk reporting and early warning indicators appropriate for a scaling platform Helping embed a strong risk culture that supports sustainable growth Requirements: 5+ years strong experience in risk within aircraft leasing, aviation finance or structured lending Comfortable operating at VP level with senior stakeholders and investors Solid understanding of portfolio construction, asset and residual value risk Commercially astute, with the judgement to design robust frameworks that scal...
